Connect your Instagram business account to your account so you can manage and reply to all your customers’ messages straight from your dashboard.

Connecting Instagram to your Inbox

To connect Instagram to Inbox:

1. Go to your Inbox in your site's dashboard.

2. Click the Settings drop-down at the top right.

3. Click Channels.

4. Click Connect Account next to Instagram Business.

5. Follow the steps to connect your Instagram page.

6. Click OK to confirm.

Sending Instagram messages via Inbox

From your Inbox, you can choose how to message your contacts. When composing a message or replying to a message, click the Message via drop-down and select Instagram to communicate through Instagram.
